Shipping
Sometimes you try a skin care or hair care product and it just isn't for you. We understand and we appreciate you trying the product. We offer returns and refunds on all items within 30 days of the order being shipped. In order for a refund, we ask for the following:
- Please let us know the product, the lot number (printed on the bottom of the bottle or jar usually, and the reason for the return.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Please allow up to 14 days to process the refund for the return.
- We can also replace the product if you choose instead and send a replacement item.
